With over a decade of recruitment experience, he has worked with a broad range of clients, from early-stage investor-backed startups to FTSE-listed companies, advising on leadership hiring across Go-To-Market, General Management, and Digital Transformation functions.
Prior to joining Erevena, Lee-Roy was a Director at Founders Keepers, specialising in commercial leadership hires. He also spent over eight years at the FTSE-listed global recruitment firm Robert Walters, where he led part of the Technology division in London after starting his career in South Africa.
His recent clients include Writer (Balderton, Insight Partners, Iconiq Growth), Whatnot (a16z, DST Global, Y Combinator), Cloverly (Grotech Ventures), InPost, and Evri (both Advent International). His expertise spans sectors, with a particular focus on B2B SaaS and commercially driven roles.
Lee-Roy holds a Business degree from the University of Durham.
