Before joining Erevena, Jess worked at Thurn Partners, a boutique recruitment firm specialising in technology and investment positions within hedge funds across London and North America.
Jess holds a BSc in Experimental Linguistics from University College London, and an MPhil in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from the University of Cambridge. Her deep analytical and research-focused educational background supports her strategic approach to search at Erevena.
