Jane Dowding Non-Executive Director - People & Development

Jane is a Non-Executive Director at Erevena, working with the leadership team to build development and learning processes and strategies that supports the company as it matures and scales. Jane supports activity in D&I, L&D and employee well-being as well as advising on specific vertical market growth in Media and Consumer.

She is a founder member of the non-profit networking group Supporting Women in Search – SWISH, and an advisor to the executive recruitment sector. She also provides career mentoring for those building a board portfolio or looking at career transition and is a workshop leader on a London based course for first time NEDs

Jane has over 20 years’ experience in executive search. She previously worked at The Zygos Partnership focusing on board work within the media, consumer and retail sectors and established her own advisory firm Sirocco Search in 2015. Jane was a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates where she worked for over ten years. She successfully built and co-led the global media, entertainment & digital practice and advised a range of clients from major global corporations to early-stage businesses with a particular focus on digital transformation.

Earlier in her career, Jane also spent time working in TV production at FremantleMedia. Jane is a member of The Royal Television Society. She holds a BA in English from Exeter University.
