Jane Dowding Client & Leadership Development Advisor

Jane initially joined Erevena as a board advisor and is now working with the Partner group on Client & Leadership Development. Through various initiatives she supports the growth, development and extension of Erevena’s client relationships. She has worked closely with Erevena’s Founders to build development strategies & learning processes that supports the company as it matures and scales. She has helped to drive DE&I, L&D and employee engagement and has been instrumental in Erevena’s journey to becoming a B-Corp.

Jane was founding member of the non-profit networking group SWISH (Supporting Women In Search) and through her own consulting business, Sirocco Search, has supported a large number of senior business leaders through transition to becoming a NED and building a board career.

Jane previously spent over 20 years working as an Executive Search Partner herself. She successfully built and co-led the Global Media, Entertainment & Digital practice at Russell Reynolds Associates and has advised a range of clients from major global corporations to early-stage businesses, with a particular focus on digital transformation.

Earlier in her career, Jane also spent time working in TV production at FremantleMedia and was a member of The Royal Television Society. She holds a BA in English from Exeter University.
