Jai joined Erevena in 2025 as an Associate in the London office and is part of the firm’s Digital and FinTech practice, supporting C-suite, senior functional and Board-level searches for high-growth, venture capital and private equity-backed businesses.
He works across a range of complex international mandates spanning commercial, product and technology leadership, with experience supporting companies from early-stage Series A through to large, profitable, private equity-backed platforms, and with particular exposure to FinTech, AI-enabled platforms and digital marketplaces.
Jai holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology from King’s College London, specialising in decision science and quantitative and qualitative research methods. Prior to Erevena, he gained experience across market research, venture capital and economic development, and having grown up in Malaysia, brings an international and cross-cultural perspective to his searches.
