We are delighted to announce that Sam Smith has joined Erevena as a Partner, focused on scaling our go-to-market (GTM) and growth leadership offering across Europe and the US.
Sam brings deep expertise in B2B SaaS and GTM leadership – spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Managing Director and CEO roles – making him a perfect fit for Erevena’s mission to connect high-growth tech companies with world-class leadership talent. At Erevena, Sam will lead senior executive and board searches for investor-backed SaaS businesses, particularly in their growth phases, and support transatlantic scaling efforts between Europe and the US.
Before joining Erevena, Sam was Head of B2B Sales at Odgers Berndtson where he worked closely with technology clients on GTM leadership hiring, with strong track record in identifying and placing leadership talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
His experience makes him a valuable addition to our firm, helping us double down on the intersection of GTM leadership and scale-stage B2B SaaS companies. Sam will be instrumental in partnering with CEOs, investors, and boards to define and execute their growth leadership strategies.
