Following a successful Series A fundraise backed by Accel, First Round Capital, and Point Nine, the Omnea team was poised for rapid expansion. With a strong enterprise customer base already in place, the business needed a proven customer leader who could build structure, drive revenue retention and expansion, and guide the team through its next phase of growth.
The brief was strategically significant and complex: the hire would report directly to the CEO/Co-Founder, join the leadership team, and play a pivotal role in taking the company from early product-market fit to scale—growing the customer base from low double digits to 200+ enterprise accounts. The role required someone who could operate with both strategic clarity and hands-on execution in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
Requirements
Omnea was seeking a commercially-minded, hands-on VP of Customer Success to help scale the business through its next stage of growth. The ideal candidate would bring a number of years of leadership experience, having built and led high-performing customer-facing teams within fast-paced B2B SaaS environments. They needed someone with the strategic and operational range to drive onboarding, renewals, and customer satisfaction while designing scalable processes and organisational structure. A strong understanding of enterprise SaaS was essential, with a proven track record of delivering value to large customers and owning key metrics such as Net Revenue Retention. Beyond functional expertise, the role demanded a leader comfortable navigating the ambiguity and pace of a Series A environment—someone resilient, low-ego, and collaborative, capable of inspiring a growing team and contributing meaningfully to company culture and leadership.
Result
Erevena executed a targeted search across the UK and Europe, engaging with candidates from high-performing SaaS businesses who had built or scaled Customer Success functions in fast-growth environments.
We successfully placed Rebe Tristan into the role. From the outset, Rebe demonstrated a deep understanding of the problem Omnea is solving in the procurement space. She brings a rare blend of strategic vision and operational rigour, having built and scaled customer functions at both Meta (Workplace) and Pigment. At Workplace, she was instrumental in launching the EMEA business, while at Pigment, she led the development of their global customer organisation.
