Search Background
In March 2023, aimpower secured their €6.5m Late Seed investment from Nordwind Growth, with the intention to expand their technology and market leadership in brand management, creative effectiveness, and performance analytics. Following the investment, aimpower sought experienced sales leadership to help drive their next stage of growth and felt that the time was right to hire a world class CSO to partner with the executive team on the next phase of the journey.
Requirements
It was imperative the successful candidate had a successful track record leading other category leading SaaS businesses through a similar revenue growth journey. It was essential the candidate was a modern, data-driven, analytical sales leader with top tier sales execution, rigour and discipline. The successful candidate needed to have experience within the AdTech/MarTech domain and be culturally aligned with aimpower: collaborative, ambitious and high energy.
