His core functional expertise spans C-level General Management and Go-to-Market roles, board-level hiring, and working with early-stage businesses through founder transitions and the uplevelling of senior leadership teams.

Prior to joining Erevena, James was a Senior Consultant at a global executive search boutique, delivering mandates across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. He focused primarily on placing C-level leaders into PE and VC-backed software and technology businesses, as well as partners into professional services firms.

Recent clients include: Anthropic, Figma, Mistral AI, Pelico, Binalyze. James holds an MSc in Natural Sciences from University College London.
