Partner Promotions

We’re delighted to announce the promotion of three of our team members to Partner.

Flo Bown joined us as a graduate 10 years ago. She has a particular focus on Consumerised Tech, encompassing B2C, B2B2C, Marketplaces and B2SMB businesses. From a functional perspective she focuses on Go-to-Market, with Marketing being a core area of expertise, alongside experience across Commercial and General Management roles. She also sits in our Board practice.

Harry Tolfree has been with Erevena since 2012.  He has a particular expertise in Finance and People Leadership searches for B2B Software companies. Harry works with early and late stage venture backed B2B software clients across Europe and the East Coast, and has partnered with some of the fastest growing and most disruptive companies in this category.

James Rawcliffe joined Erevena in 2021 to further strengthen the Software teams’ capabilities across EMEA and the US. He leads and delivers searches for high-growth businesses and specialises in B2B SaaS. His functional expertise is at C-level across General Management and Go-to-Market functions as well as Board level hiring.
