Silverfleet’s investment will enable OneStock to further extend its software and infrastructure, accelerating and enhancing innovations in its product roadmap, whilst growing its presence in new verticals and expanding internationally.
OneStock were looking for a Sales Director to join the team in the UK to drive the growth, winning new clients and increasing the footprint within existing accounts. They chose to partner with Erevena Growth based on our network and knowledge across the retail software market and understanding of their requirements for scaling the business.
It was important that the candidate had a deep understanding of the retail market in the UK and would therefore be quickly able to understand the OneStock value proposition. The brief was to identify candidates who had gone through a scale up journey similar to OneStock, so from a venture backed, growing organization and with a strong track record of success. This is an incredibly competitive market with many organisations seeking to attract the best sales leaders within this industry, however we were able to work closely with OneStock to create a compelling opportunity to attract suitable high-quality candidates.
We placed Joe Till from Sorted Inc who joined OneStock in October 2021. Joe supported Sorted’s growth and expansion in the UK and brings with him over 20 years of sales experience.
