Search Background

Following their continued international scaling success, Entersekt were looking for an independent Non-Executive Director to join the Board to support the CEO and Investor Directors. The purpose was to have an experienced and objective board member, who would act as a sounding board to the CEO, offering debate, suggestions and possible solutions.

Requirements

The NED would need to be an experienced leader, ideally having previously scaled an international FinTech business either at General Management, CFO or Board level. Ideally, they would have experience of strategic large-scale enterprise deals, preferably with financial service organisations. Their knowledge and experience would support the CEO in scaling the business, helping to devise the strategy, and facilitating a path to exit. Previous experience as a Non-Executive/Chairperson was deemed to  be advantageous.

Result

Nicolas is a highly visible and incredibly well networked FinTech CEO having held roles with Visa, AvantCard and Ingenico. He has substantial board and investor level experience to draw upon and support Entersekt through their next stage of growth.
