Requirements
The successful candidate needed to have experience of scaling an already successful product team. The team was geographically dispersed and covered Product and Design, amounting to circa 30 people. The business needed modern, scalable product management principles instilled with greater coordination with Marketing and Sales.
Result
After an extensive search, Erevena successfully secured Vinay Ramani. Vinay has an established track record of rapidly scaling international teams from his time at Uber where he lead International Growth as they entered into new territories. He built his product and Engineering team to over 300 people across San Francisco, Amsterdam and Bangalore and helped shape Uber’s sale of their Chinese business to Didi Chuxing for $7B. He previously spent time with Adobe and, more recently, Google, where he was Head of Product, Search Growth in their Mountain View HQ. Vinay relocated to London to continue to build the local product function for Pipedrive.
