The Launch of SWISH

Maria Josife, Partner at Erevena and Jane Dowding, Non-Executive Director at Erevena have recently been involved in the launch of SWISH, a non-profit making networking group for women working in executive search.

Their mission is to inspire and support women – with the aim of encouraging and coaching them to aspire to and achieve more senior roles.

Maria and Jane are joined by fellow founding members, Kate Bamford (Founder, Ivy Street), Kate Butler (Director Leadership Staffing EMEA, Google), Fleur Evans (Partner, Heidrick & Struggles), Jane Reddin (Co-Founder, The Talent Stack) and Rachel Slattery (Partner, Odgers Berndtson).

They believe that the workplace should be flexible and accommodating to everyone and will host quarterly leadership development, knowledge-sharing and networking-building forums designed specifically for women in executive search. By bringing together a wide range of mentors and peers who have made different choices in their careers, they hope to support others who are on their own path through the industry.

SWISH’s launch and networking drinks will be taking place at AllBright, Mayfair on 11^th March.
