In late 2017, Erevena conducted a salary survey focused on Non-Executive remuneration in high growth companies. Thanks to contributions from our network we’ve been able to gain some unique insight into the trends in cash and equity compensation for both Chairs and Non-Executives at critical stages of company growth. The use of Boards is rapidly maturing within the venture sector, and our aim is to create a well-needed data point for Founders, Investors and Non-Executives.
