Erevena announce Martin Falch joins as a Partner

Erevena are delighted to announce that Martin Falch has joined as a Partner to focus on further growing the business in Northern Europe, expanding on the great work we are already doing with clients such as Monta, Ardoq, Leapwork, Quinyx and Varjo.

Martin has been building Boards and Management Teams for the fastest growing investor-backed companies in Tech globally. With 25 years of international experience working for both Executive Search firms and for Scale-ups, his expertise lies in understanding how to optimise leadership teams in each phase of growth from start-up to exit. Following a decade as CEO & Co-founder of 360Leaders, Martin is also an advisor to PEs, VCs and scale-ups who need a sparring partner when designing Boards and Management Teams. He has recently moved back home to Oslo, Norway after 24 years in the UK which will help him better understand what Norwegian clients need in order to scale internationally. He will be based in Erevena’s recently opened Oslo office.
