Meet the New Erevena: The Story Behind Our Rebrand
Erevena began in the early 2000s as a small, specialist executive search firm. Nearly 25 years on, we've grown into a global search partner to some of the world's most ambitious technology companies, placing transformative leaders at Harvey, Careem, Figma, Nothing, and Anthropic, and beyond, across GTM, Board, and General Management roles in fintech, B2B software, and consumer technology.

Nearly 25 years on, we’ve grown into a global search partner to some of the world’s most ambitious technology companies, placing transformative leaders at Harvey, Careem, Figma, Nothing, and Anthropic, and beyond, across GTM, Board, and General Management roles in fintech, B2B software, and consumer technology.
The business has changed enormously. We reflected and decided it was time to make sure our brand told that story.
Why now
Executive search is a business built on pattern recognition. Knowing what great leadership looks like, what it takes to build a category-defining company, and when the moment is right to make a move. We apply that thinking to our clients every day. It was time we applied it to our own brand.
We asked an honest question: does our brand reflect who we are today? The answer was clear. Erevena had evolved into a genuinely global, specialist firm with a distinct point of view and a client list that speaks for itself. Our visual identity needed to reflect that. Not where we’ve been, but where we are and where we’re going.
One of the first questions we asked was whether the name should change with it. The answer was clear. Erevena has 20+ years of equity, recognition, and trust built into it. The name stays. What we’ve built around it has evolved.
Jonas Helgesson, our CEO shared: “We’ve built a strong business by being the right partner at the right moment for the most ambitious companies in tech. The market is evolving fast. The way clients find us, evaluate us, and choose us has changed.
This rebrand isn’t about reinvention, it’s about sharpening how we win. Making sure that when it matters most, Erevena is the obvious choice.”
The process
This wasn’t a cosmetic refresh. We invested in a rigorous process.
Danielle Le Toullec, our Chief Marketing Officer who led the rebrand: “When I joined Erevena, I saw an opportunity to build a new brand that matched the business we’d become. We took the time to do it properly. We brought together an internal steering group and external specialists across brand strategy, creative direction, and web, to go back to first principles.”
“We worked with these specialists to objectively speak to clients, stress-test our positioning, and examine honestly how we show up in the market versus how we want to be perceived. I then made sure the whole company understood the strategy and the thinking behind it, not just the new look. The results are as sharp and forward-thinking as the companies we partner with. I’m really proud of what we’ve built together, and excited for this new chapter.”
The new visual identity
The new brand is built around forward momentum.
Our new logo is composed entirely of arrow elements, pointing forward and upward, converging to form a bespoke capital E unique to Erevena. It represents dynamic movement across talent, markets, and business. A visual expression of the progress we help our clients make at their most critical moments. The colour palette and typography follow the same logic: modern, clean, and confident without being loud. We also refined the well-known Erevena green, retaining its recognition while giving it a sharper, more contemporary feel.
What comes next
The rebrand marks the beginning of a new chapter. Our refreshed website is now live, showcasing our new identity, our key placements, and the thinking that sets Erevena apart.
A platform built to reflect not just who we are today, but the firm we are becoming.
