Jonas Helgesson

Jonas became CEO of Erevena at the start of 2025, following five years as a Partner and the driving force behind the firm’s Northern European business. Since joining Erevena in 2020 as its first hire in the region, he built and scaled its presence across the Nordics, Baltics and Germany, establishing offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.

As CEO, Jonas leads the firm’s continued international growth, shaping its strategic direction and cementing Erevena as the go-to partner for high-growth tech companies facing critical leadership decisions, while continuing to personally deliver Board, General Management, and Commercial mandates for some of Europe’s most ambitious companies.

Before joining Erevena, Jonas launched and led Northern European operations for a London-based executive search boutique focused on the Venture Capital and Private Equity ecosystem. Prior to that, he served as Head of Research at a Swedish boutique management consulting firm. He is also an active angel investor in the European early-stage tech ecosystem.
