Today, Omnidocs serves more than 2,200 customers across the private and public sectors through a highly recurring business model. Having consistently operated profitably, the company is focused on accelerating growth while maintaining strong operational discipline and profitability.

Background

Erevena engaged with Omnidocs to support two critical executive hires: a Chief Commercial Officer and a Chief Operating Officer. As the company accelerated its buy-and-build strategy under Main Capital Partners, following multiple acquisitions and international expansion, Omnidocs required experienced leadership to professionalise the commercial organisation, integrate acquired businesses, and further strengthen the operational platform supporting international growth and long-term value creation.

Requirements

Omnidocs was seeking someone with proven experience scaling an investor-backed Software business through periods of rapid growth and post-merger integration. Given Omnidocs’ growth ambitions, the successful candidate needed to align commercial and operational execution across a growing international organisation with a multi-product offering, while integrating acquisitions, scaling processes, and driving profitable growth.

Result
