Having joined Erevena in 2024, she keeps busy schedules on track, coordinates strategic search processes, and ensures every detail is taken care of so the team can focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. Before Erevena, Sophie was a PA & Project Co-Ordinator at Berwick Partners (an Odgers Berndtson company) supporting executive search teams working across higher education, government, and ongoing volume recruitment campaigns. She graduated from Oxford Media & Business School in 2016.
