Erevena Announces a New Set of Team Promotions Across Europe

We’re delighted to share a new set of promotions across the Erevena team. Together, these promotions reflect the continued growth of our firm and the outstanding contributions of colleagues across multiple markets. 

This announcement coincides with the promotion of Katrine Folkersen to Partner in Copenhagen. Katrine’s promotion marks an important milestone for our Nordic business. You can read more about her journey and impact here. 

Alongside Katrine’s promotion, we’re pleased to recognise the following team members, who have each stepped into more senior roles within the firm. 

Anna Östlundh 

Promoted to Principal, based in Stockholm 

Anna joined Erevena as a Senior Associate in 2021. Since then, she has worked closely with venture capital-backed companies across Northern Europe. In this role, she partners with founders, boards and investors on senior leadership hiring. In doing so, she supports businesses as they scale through periods of growth and transformation. 

Prior to Erevena, Anna worked at Korn Ferry, delivering board-level and senior management hires for clients globally, primarily within the industrial sector. Before that, she was a consultant at Aggancio, a boutique search firm focused on private equity- and venture capital-backed consumer and technology businesses. Anna holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Management of Growing Enterprises from the University of Gothenburg.

Håkon Ødegaard 

Promoted to Principal, based in Norway 

Håkon joined Erevena as a Senior Associate in December 2024. Since joining, he has quickly become a key part of our Norwegian business. With a strong background in recruitment, he previously spent nearly five years at Amby. During this time, he rose to the position of Recruitment Lead and specialising in sourcing developers and technical talent. During this time, he worked on high-impact projects and in-house roles for some of Norway’s most exciting tech startups, scale-ups and established companies. 

Since joining Erevena, Håkon has brought a hands-on, client-focused approach to his work, supporting complex searches with care for both clients and candidates. He holds a BSc in Creative Industries Management and is fluent in Norwegian and English.

Ronan Morrison 

Promoted to Senior Associate, based in London 

Ronan joined Erevena in 2024 as an Associate. In this position, he contributes to the execution of searches across France, other European regions and emerging markets. He supports clients and search teams through detailed research, analysis, and coordination across international mandates. 

Before joining Erevena, Ronan gained experience as an intern in the CEO and Board Practice at Heidrick and Struggles. Following this, he worked at Cornerstone Research, where he supported marketing and business development initiatives across Europe. A British national fluent in multiple languages, Ronan studied at the University of São Paulo and the University of Málaga and holds an MSc in International Business and Modern Languages from the University of Rennes. He speaks French, Spanish and Portuguese, and is currently learning Mandarin Chinese.
