Håkon joined Erevena in 2024 and has quickly become a key contributor to the Norwegian business, leading and delivering complex searches with a strong focus on quality, pace and candidate experience. He brings a deep understanding of technical talent markets and the challenges faced by fast-growing technology companies.
Before joining Erevena, Håkon spent nearly five years at Amby, a specialist tech recruitment firm, where he rose to Recruitment Lead. There, he worked closely with startups, scale-ups and established companies, sourcing developers and senior technical talent across a range of high-impact projects.
Håkon holds a BSc in Creative Industries Management and is fluent in Norwegian and English.
