Håkon joined Erevena as a Senior Associate in December 2024. With a strong background in recruitment, Håkon previously worked at Amby, a tech-recruitment company, for almost 5 years. Rising to the position of Recruitment Lead, he specialized in sourcing developers and technical talent, working both on high-impact projects and in-house for some of Norway’s most exciting tech startups, scale-ups, and established companies.
Holding a BSc in Creative Industries Management, Håkon brings a blend of industry knowledge and hands-on experience to his role. Fluent in both Norwegian and English, he is committed to helping companies build the teams that will drive their success.
