Aircall is a cloud-based call centre software that integrates with CRM, productivity, and helpdesk tools. The Aircall team of over 200 employees are based across Paris and New York. They raised a $65 million Series C round in 2020, led by DTCP with participation from new investors Swisscom Ventures and Adams Street, as well as all existing investors.
