The latest Erevena study into European Board Remuneration & Diversity found a growing prevalence of Chairs and NEDs in the Venture sector, yet diversity continues to lag particularly when we look at individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds.

We are delighted this year to have been joined by 25 leading VCs across Europe to create the largest data set of NED remuneration within VC backed companies and would like to thank everyone who responded to the survey.
