Sunny Mccall

Sunny McCall is a Partner at Erevena, based in Northern California. She partners with founders, CEOs, boards, and investors to build exceptional executive teams for high-growth technology companies backed by leading venture capital and private equity firms. Her work spans clients across both coasts of the United States and internationally.

Sunny began her executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry before joining Khosla Ventures, one of Silicon Valley’s leading venture capital firms, as a Talent Partner. She later founded Sunny Talent, advising founders and leadership teams on executive search, leadership strategy, and executive coaching to help navigate periods of rapid growth, organisational change, and transformation.
