Sienna Rothery

Sienna is a Principal at Erevena, leading technology, product, and commercial leadership searches for AI, consumer tech, and frontier technology businesses. She has placed senior leaders across startups and scaleups in areas including artificial intelligence (applied and foundational), consumer hardware, healthcare, D2C platforms, and frontier technologies (energy storage, grid infrastructure, robotics, quantum, and simulations). She works comfortably across consumer, health, and AI, and has delivered investor fund searches, giving her deep familiarity with the European venture capital landscape.

Prior to Erevena, Sienna was an early Europe employee at Entrepreneur First, where she worked on identifying exceptional talent before they became founders.

Sienna studied History at University of Oxford, where she was involved in women in tech and entrepreneurship societies, and graduated in 2018.
