Nicola Wood

Nicola joined Erevena in 2022. She specialises in general management and go-to-market functions at Board and C-level. Her expertise spans AI-native and B2B SaaS businesses across VC and PE portfolios in EMEA and the US.

She has built GTM teams across varying business stages, from seed-stage first-in-function hires to pre-IPO and listed enterprises. She has worked across the full spectrum of go-to-market models – from enterprise sales-led to product-led growth – and understands the nuances of hiring GTM leaders at different lifecycles. Recent clients include Harvey, Figma, Zoom, Fin, and Nothing on the consumer side. Alongside GTM, she also works on CEO/Board and People/Talent searches.

Before joining Erevena, Nicola was at The Up Group, a global executive search boutique, and earlier at Odgers Berndtson, a global executive search firm.

She holds a BA in History from Durham University.
