
Since joining Erevena, she has worked on CEO, CFO, CRO, and CTO roles within tech scale-ups across the Nordics and Europe. Her experience has given her a strong foundation in talent acquisition and an appreciation for the dynamics of both fast-paced environments. Before joining Erevena, Nadia gained hands-on experience in recruitment through roles at both a startup and a more established firm, where she worked across a broad variety of recruitment projects.
Nadia holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and Management. Her academic and professional journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behaviour, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness, which she brings to her work in executive search.
