Lilian is a Partner at Erevena with over 27 years of experience in executive search internationally. He specialises in technology, across high-growth private equity, venture-backed, and public companies.

Lilian has completed assignments for Board Directors, CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CROs, CTOs, CPOs, CFOs, Practice Leaders, Managing Partners, and Senior Executives responsible for leading digital transformation across all industries.

Additionally, he coordinates Erevena’s growing presence globally, with a particular focus on Continental Europe, Middle East, and Africa initiatives.

Lilian has assisted organisations in building new, and strengthening existing, global transformational leadership throughout Europe, the Middle-East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Having executed searches in more than 30 countries, he recognises and bridges cultural diversities encountered by multinational clients, recruiting executives who can achieve corporate goals and drive change in emerging and growth environments.

Previously, Lilian led CTPartners’ TMT and Professional Services across the Middle East and North Africa
