Holly Welstead

Holly is a Principal in Erevena’s Consumer and FinTech practice, specialising in Go-To-Market and Board-level searches. With over 20 years of executive search experience, she focuses on C-suite and leadership hires across General Management, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and People functions.

Holly partners with high-growth, investor-backed and listed businesses across Europe and the US, with deep expertise in marketplaces, fintech, traveltech, and healthtech. Recent clients incldue  Zoopla, Grover, Checkatrade, myPOS, IG Group, Clue, RVU Group, Just Group, Clark, and Funding Circle.

Prior to Erevena, Holly was part of the team at Monta Rosa and Renaissance Leadership, where she worked closely with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to build leadership teams for their portfolio companies. She began her career at Russell Reynolds and Odgers.

Holly holds a BA in French and Russian from the University of Nottingham and an MA in Translation from the University of Westminster.
