Adelle Gayadeen

Adelle is an Executive Assistant at Erevena, supporting Partner Maria Josife. With more than nine years at Erevena and a career spanning over two decades in executive search, having held senior EA roles at Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart, she brings a rare depth of experience and an instinctive understanding of what senior leaders need. Across that time she has supported multiple partners across different practice areas, building the kind of sector knowledge that only comes with longevity. She completed a BA (Bachelor of Arts) Theology, Classics from the University of Surrey.
