Erevena help Andjaro build their EMEA team

Andjaro retained Erevena to complete searches for multiple positions in Product and Engineering across EMEA. These roles were essential for the business to upskill their engineering function and improve the underlying monolithic software architecture of their initial platform built by their founding CTO. Increased business demands made these hires essential for Andjaro prior to their Series B fund raise.

Andjaro is a platform that allows mapping, reallocation and load balancing of internal workforce in medium and large organizations, especially when workforce is spread across multiple sites. Instead of hiring expensive temporary or fixed-term contract staff through agencies, the Andjaro platform enables the reallocation of available and voluntary internal staff from other locations within the organization.
