Sienna is a Principal at Erevena, leading technology, product, and commercial leadership searches for AI, consumer tech, and frontier technology businesses across Europe. She has placed senior leaders across startups and scaleups in areas including artificial intelligence (applied and foundational), consumer hardware, healthcare, marketplaces, D2C platforms, and frontier technologies such as energy storage, grid infrastructure, robotics, quantum, simulations, and tech-bio. She works comfortably across both hardware and software, and has also delivered investor fund searches, giving her deep familiarity with the European venture capital and growth equity landscape.
Prior to Erevena, Sienna was at Entrepreneur First during its early European expansion, where she developed a strong focus on identifying exceptional talent and building networks within the European founding community. She joined Erevena to apply this experience to building high-quality leadership teams. Sienna is particularly motivated by working with businesses that can drive meaningful GDP growth in Europe and positively impact consumer behaviour and quality of life.
