Nicola is a Principal at Erevena and joined the business in September 2022. She specialises in B2B SaaS and leads and delivers searches for high-growth businesses headquartered in both EMEA and the US. Her functional expertise is across general management and go-to-market functions, as well as Board level work, with a particular focus on VP EMEA, CRO, VP Sales and commercially orientated CEO positions.
Some of her recent clients include Paddle (Series D Payment Infrastructure Platform), GWI (Global Consumer Research Platform backed by Permira), Zoom (Public software company), Conduktor (Series B Dev Tools Platform), and Nothing (Smart Phones and Audio Tech). She has also worked with Funds such as Sequoia, Accel, Creandum, Notion, CRV, Eight Roads, EQT, Google Ventures and General Catalyst.
Before joining Erevena, Nicola was at the global executive search boutique, The Up Group and prior to that spent her early career at Odgers Berndtson, a global executive search firm, in the Global Procurement and Supply Chain Practice, working with both B2B and B2C clients. She holds a BA in History from Durham University.
