Katrine Folkersen is a Partner at Erevena, based in Copenhagen. She works closely with venture capital and private equity backed companies across Northern Europe, advising founders, boards and investors on C-level and senior leadership hires for high-growth software businesses across Europe.
Since joining Erevena in 2021, Katrine has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s Nordic presence, partnering with clients on complex, cross-border searches at critical stages of growth. Her work spans both commercial and technical leadership roles, including Board, General Management, and Revenue Generating Functions.
Prior to Erevena, Katrine was part of Korn Ferry’s European Technology Practice, where she appointed senior executives across the Telecom/Mobile Operator and Consumer Technology sectors. This experience has given her a strong foundation in advising technology-led businesses as they scale and evolve.
Katrine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
