His focus area includes Board, CXO, and VP-level leadership roles for high-growth software businesses, and he has a functional specialism recruiting senior GTM leadership to drive accelerated revenue growth and international expansion.
For the last 15 years John has focused on hiring CROs, CMOs, CCOs and VP EMEAs for leading SaaS vendors backed by tier-one global investors. Prior to joining Erevena, John spent six years at Renaissance Leadership, where he led the Go-To-Market and SaaS practice, specialising in commercial leadership roles for some of the fastest growing software companies in Europe. During his tenure, he partnered with leading VCs and scale-ups across Europe to build out world-class GTM and general management teams. He also previously spent six years at Gillamor Stephen where he led the Digital and SaaS practice, and he started his career at Spencer Stuart where he was a core member of the global Technology practice.
John holds a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
