John is a Partner at Erevena with over 20 years of experience in executive search focused on the software sector. He specialises in Board, CXO, and VP-level leadership roles for high-growth software businesses, with a particular focus on senior GTM leadership to drive revenue growth and international expansion.

For the last 15 years, John has focused on hiring CEOs, CROs, CCOs, and VP-level EMEA roles for leading SaaS and AI vendors backed by tier-one global investors. Prior to joining Erevena, he spent six years at Renaissance Leadership, where he led the Go-To-Market and SaaS practice, specialising in commercial leadership roles for some of the fastest growing software companies in Europe — partnering with leading investors and scale-ups across Europe to build world-class GTM and general management teams. John started his career at Spencer Stuart, where he was a core member of the global Technology practice.

John holds a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
