Jai joined Erevena in February 2025 as an Associate in the London office, supporting searches across a range of C-suite and senior functional positions within the Digital and Fintech practice.
With a First-Class Honours degree in Experimental Psychology from King’s College London, Jai has specialisms in decision science and quantitative/qualitative research methods. Prior to Erevena, he gained experience across market research, venture capital, and economic development, including stints at firstminute capital and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority.
Having grown up in Malaysia, Jai brings an international outlook and cross-cultural perspective to his work. Outside of work, he hosts a podcast, (‘chai w/ jai’) and is a proud parent to 34 (currently surviving) houseplants.
