Håkon Ødegaard is a Principal at Erevena, based in Norway. He works with technology companies across the Nordic region, supporting leadership and senior technical hiring for high-growth and scaling businesses.

Håkon joined Erevena in 2024, contributing to the Norwegian business and leading searches across the technology sector. Before joining Erevena, he spent nearly five years at Amby, a specialist tech recruitment firm, where he rose to Recruitment Lead, working closely with startups, scale-ups, and established companies, sourcing developers and senior technical talent.

Håkon holds a BSc in Creative Industries Management and is fluent in Norwegian and English.
