Board, Investment, FundraisingGavin is a Partner at Erevena, he joined in 2024 to build a complementary investment business whilst also supporting the core executive search platform, particularly across the FinTech sector. Over the past 20 years, he has built an extensive network and track record within the global high-growth technology & financial services ecosystems.
Prior to Erevena, he worked with Anthemis Group initially building the talent platform and then creating the portfolio success and ecosystem development teams. Later he became President, overseeing fundraising & business development and building the firm to become more than a billion-dollar asset manager. He remains a Non-Executive Director at Anthemis Group.
Gavin started his career in executive search, spending more than a decade at Heidrick & Struggles in London and New York focused on FinTech, latterly running the EMEA financial services business.
Outside of Erevena, Gavin holds several Advisory roles at charitable organisations including Breakthrough T1D, Brentwood School Foundation, and Northern Soul which includes Rekindle & Roots. He has a BSc from the University of Warwick and an MBA from City University.
