She works predominantly across the consumer media, digital, and technology sectors.
She joined the business in 2022 from Russell Reynolds Associates, latterly specialising in the placement of CFOs and board members across the TMT, consumer, financial services, and industrial services sectors. She began her executive search career serving social impact and higher education organisations, having previously spent a number of years in publishing.
Gabbi holds an MSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex, and a BA in Classical Studies from the University of Manchester.
