Participating in the complete project lifecycles, Ella’s principal responsibilities are market research and candidate identification. She works cross-functionally, from go-to-market leadership through to engineers, and supports projects in multiple territories.
Ella joined New Peak Partners, Erevena’s sister company in early 2020.
She is a graduate of the University of Southampton, holding a BA in Business Management.
