Dove has 11+ years of experience from both international Executive Search and Venture Capital. She was formerly a Partner at 360Leaders, prior to that she supported portfolio hiring at Eight Roads Ventures, and started her early career at Odgers Berndtson, specialising in C-Suite executive appointments across the Financial Services and FinTech industries in Europe. Her experience delivering Board and Senior Management hires includes clients such as Bitpanda, Getsafe, Vivino, Tibber, Urban Sports Club, DataGuard, Proton and Vay among others.
Dove holds a Master of Sciences (MSc) degree in International Law and Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
