Chris joined The Erevena Group in 2017 as the first employee into New Peak Partners and is now a Partner within the Erevena Growth business.
He specialises in supporting high-growth, disruptive tech businesses to build out their go-to-market teams on a global basis, with expertise in recruiting strategically important sales, marketing and customer success roles.
His recent clients include Xeneta (a Series-B SaaS business funded by Smedvig Capital), Markforged (a Series-D funded 3D printing business), a multi-hire programme for Veritas (Carlyle Group owned business) and a European sales team build out for Transporeon (Sold to Hg in 2019).
Prior to joining The Erevena Group, Chris spent 7 years recruiting for technology start-ups as well as Partner level executive searches for the consulting divisions of Deloitte and PwC.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Bath and holds a BSc in Business Administration.
Whilst studying and reading a variety of books on business and economics, Chapter 1 is almost always about ‘getting the right people on the bus’. I believe the most important factor in defining business success is about people and talent, and have focused my career on supporting ambitious businesses to build out their teams with great talent. It’s hugely rewarding to support both businesses and the people within them to achieve their career goals.
