With over 20 years’ executive search experience in the technology industry, Ben specialises in advising investor-backed B2B companies. Ben has successfully led searches for key GTM leadership hires across UK, EMEA and North America. His recent clients include Dataiku (backed by Battery, ICONIC & Tiger Global), n8n (Sequoia, Firstminute & Felicis) Asana (Founders Fund & Silicon Valley Bank), and Figma (Andreessen, Greylock, Sequoia & Kleiner Perkins). Prior to his current role, Ben was the Founder and CEO of New Peak Partners, an Erevena subsidiary business.
