Following a fresh round of funding ($40m led by General Atlantic and with contribution from Khosla, Salesforce and Workday) Frida was looking to accelerate the growth of her European business and asked Erevena to assist Pymetrics in finding a new Managing Director EMEA.
Requirements
Pymetrics were looking for a senior, enterprise level, SaaS leader with deep experience of HR tech who could build a true pan-European business.
Result
Mikael Lindmark joined Pymetrics in March 2019 with an enviable track record of building HR-focused software companies in Europe. Prior to joining Pymetrics, he spent 14 years as VP EMEA at Fieldglass (acquired by SAP in 2014), building the business from the ground-up. He is also the former VP Sales EMEA at Saba Software.
