With core product moving upstream, a mix of organic and inorganic product additions, and a potential IPO on the horizon, PandaDoc decided it was time to hire a seasoned and scaled revenue leader to professionalize their maturation. Having previously delivered on the VP Global Demand Generation in record time, they reached back out to Erevena to carry out the search for Chief Revenue Officer.
It was a tough brief requiring the appointment to have: “seen what good looks like at scale”, whilst also being comfortable wrangling a truly start-up culture; an understanding of the mechanics required to move a velocity GTM into an Enterprise context; a strategic mindset able to intellectually spar with the Founder; extensive experience running global teams and, finally, empathy for the customer.
We knew that the ideal candidate was Keith Rabkin who had scaled Adobe’s Digital Media SaaS GTM (including Document Cloud) before jumping into a Sequoia-backed startup. He had the mix of Biz Ops, GTM and strategy that we knew would be impactful to Pandadoc. He was also a great cultural fit for the company.

Their thorough approach of learning the specifics about PandaDoc and the needs of each of the stakeholders allowed the team to hone in on what matters most, accelerating the ability to find the right fit for our open CRO role.
