The founding team was looking to add a new CEO who had experience of the scale and stage that Teamtailor was heading towards. The business had seen multiple years of 100%+ year-on-year growth and needed an experience people leader who could build the organization and a deliver the strategy to continue at that pace.

Requirements

Teamtailor was looking for very seasoned executive, with strong commercial and general management background and extensive experience of scaling SaaS organizations internationally at high pace.
