Who we are

Kelvin is a Senior Partner at Erevena and his career in recruitment spans over 12 years. The vast majority of this has been spent in executive search where he has delivered successfully into the advanced technology and professional services sectors. He has gained particular strong experience in the IT services, outsourcing and comms, media & entertainment industries and has successfully delivered senior searches in a wide range of business functions. Kelvin has managed relationships with major multi-national companies and small start-up organisations and has led international teams to deliver projects including being based on site with clients. Prior to Erevena, Kelvin was a management consultant at Korn Ferry. Kelvin’s early career was spent as an army officer, serving for eight years and reaching the rank of Captain.
