Who we are

Jon is a founding director of Erevena with over ten years experience in executive search. In addition to his primary role of managing client relationships and service delivery, Jon holds the position of COO with responsibility for business operations. Jon has delivered EMEA & UK leadership positions for leading enterprise software vendors such as McAfee and Symantec, through to building out the management and go-to-market teams of early stage companies such as BigFix (acquired by IBM in 2009), Virtual Instruments and Xsigo. Prior to Erevena, Jon played a leading role in the emerging technology practice at Penna Consulting Plc. Jon is a seed investor in a small number of early stage technology ventures and holds a BA in Business Studies and an MBA.
