Founded in 2003, Erevena is a retained search firm operating across the technology sector. We support three core customer groups:

• Erevena Professional Services supports leading strategy and management consultancies, outsourcers and technology services providers.
• Our CxO practice aligns with organisations innovating through technology. With a strong emphasis on the offices of the CIO & CMO, Digital businesses and Multi-Channel capability, we recruit leadership teams in companies where a critical understanding of technology is driving communication and distribution strategy.

We find and secure outstanding people to undertake roles our clients deem strategic to the success of their business, encompassing the executive and senior management positions traditionally associated with retained search along with any operational or specialist roles recognised as having strategic or key impact on the business.

Based in the UK, we operate across all major geographies and have cross functional expertise and experience. In addition to individual search assignments we specialise in the build out of high performing teams.
