Erevena expands Senior team with the appointment of two further Partners

Simon Raitt has been appointed as a Senior Partner at Erevena. Simon joins Erevena from La Fosse Associates where he held the position of Associate Director. Prior to that Simon was a Director at XEC Search and was a Regional Director at Harvey Nash.

Maria Josife has been appointed as Partner at Erevena. Prior to joining Erevena, Maria was a Director at The Cornell Partnership. Prior to this she worked for Board level Search firm MWM Consulting, and Bird & Co, where she was part of the TMT practice

Business Leaders Network (BLN) the networking and events forum for tech sector business leaders and investors driving innovation and growth, hosted a further CEO Tales and networking drinks event in partnership with Erevena featuring Giacomo ‘Peldi’ Guilizzoni of Balsamiq Mockups last week in London. Peldi spoke about why the current fashion for data-driven software businesses is a bad thing and offered an alternative approach to software development – understanding what a customer is trying to achieve. Technicolor sells its Broadcast Services Business to Ericsson

Technicolor, a leading provider of production, postproduction, and distribution services to content creators, network service providers and broadcasters has received a binding offer from Ericsson for the acquisition of its Broadcast Services activity. It includes a purchase price of €19 million, as well as a potential earn-out based on 2015 revenues of the activity of up to €9 million. Erevena have assisted Technicolor with the hiring of a Global Account Director.
